Real Estate : An Opportunity Real or Imaginary

 After pandemic which is continuing, at present, has changed the dynamics of every business across the world. The meaning of life has changed never before.

As everything has changed so has real estate. Particularly in the Commercial segment is more painful than residential.

We are listening that a good number of  IT and ITES company are leaving the premises and adopting Work From Home (WFH)  also a lot of other segments like Hospitality, Restaurant and construction part of the industry is in deep trouble.

But going from data from government agency there is the transaction that is going on despite uncertainty in every segment and market.

"Whats for me"

Is there anything on which we can take a call as a retail customer? Is there is an opportunity for us? There is a lot of thing in the market where we can invest and earn.

There is demand in the residential sector,  which we thought will diminish due to pandemics but it's not the case.

The commercial property where maximum churning is going on. Both negative and positive news is coming.

Blackstone is purchasing the commercial property of Prestige groups (REIT), Going forward we will see many properties that are rental generating will change ownership in the form of Trust and getting listed. All REITs will get listed going forward. Rental in a prime location is less moderating or stable.

Which denotes a new opportunity for investors and end-user, a new chance to reduce the cost of owning or getting lease commercial property.

Also in Tier2/3 cities, there is good demand for Residential and Commercial property. Also, housing for all is a game-changer for all of us in the short to long term.

As our market is growing quarter on the quarter basis there will be demand for real estate. Also due to cost stagnation end users are finding a good property at less cost.

Now NBFC and BANKS are giving loans to customers. This means there is a good opportunity for all with a reduced rate of interest.

"Whats for me" is an opportunity as per my choice and apatite   with affordability

A more structured product is coming in the market for the il investor  which will give a cent return going  forward, 

Also owning the property is cheap means we can invest for rental income in both types of property.

New enterprises are coming to INDIA  for long-term business again need real estate.

INDIA is a long-term story which means numerous opportunities as well as a good return on investment.

One last point is that transparency is coming in the or which means predictability in earning.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India.
