PANDEMIC:: INDISCIPLINED TO DISCIPLINED

 We Indians are indeed grossly INDISCIPLINED. We live king-size life altogether. Breaking rules is the most loved hobby for all of us. Which we saw in the whole period of crisis. Even though the current crisis is related to an existential one, we lived as our official INDISCIPLINED life  After two lockdowns and also unlocking, we got the chance to change ourselves. Which was utilized by many. The appointment fixed by individuals for vaccines shows the changed way of life. Every day we are seeing a behavioral change in the life of citizens. Lot many have got the first dose of vaccine or got an appointment of their choice  Also, we see that people are adopting Yoga or any other type of workout for the past year. The impact of the Changes is behavioral in nature is going to give results that will be beyond our imagination. First, it showed the confidence of our own vaccine. Which will give a path of futuristic research. The whole year gave numerous lesson which is bound to give pain and g

MODEL RENT CONTROL ACT

 Recently Union Government has cleared much-needed legislation on rented property. Until now each and every government in the state have enacted its own laws. Mostly a replica of the Bombay rent control act 1948. In the present law, the law is favorour of tenants. The property owner is a capitalist, and he deserves to be punished for holding physical wealth. It's the main motive behind the law. The enforcement of the law is very poor. As it is treated as a normal civil suit. In our country civil suit is considered and treated on a very nonpriority basis. The suit takes time in tens of years. The cost of arbitration is very high and if anybody wants to register the rent agreement is costly. It is not feasible. All in all the law is not in favor of society. It is favorable to those who want to mischievous behavior. Capping on rent enhancement and collection of rent is also cumbersome. Now new model act is cleared. It is solving the major issue of registration of contract or rent agre

Pandemic :: Unlocking Again

Just Chill, the unlocking process has just begun. Last week we saw some people are coming to the market for a variety of reasons. Yet complete unlocking was not there. But the quantum of people was huge. Yes, after one and half months of lockdown and tragedy, we have created anxiety. But don't do this, last time we had done similar behavior, which created the present situation. Do follow the government advisory for same. This time we are facing another challenge that was not there. Firstly when the first lockdown was imposed, we had a few advantages that we had savings which we used in that period as we had a clear picture for total lockdown then the process of unlocking was also predictable.  But the business started late and the money circulation was not there for more than five months. Getting the work on track was challenging but this time we are not prepared for this blow. Take care of advisory, so that soon we don't have to face another lockdown. Once, our life becomes n

Pandemic ::2

 As aftershocks create more havoc than an actual earthquake, the same is happening now in the current pandemic situation. In both, before facing either earthquake or pandemic, we keep ourselves engaged in daily work. As we are not prepared for the same, the end result is horrible. In the present case, our behavior before the second wave was negligent for government advisory. We neglected everything which we have to do. As discussed earlier the life after pandemic life is going to be changed very drastically than what we thought. The change is already underway, just yesterday we got the first news that the cost of insurance is going to increase by 20-30% approximately. Now the under-writer guidelines for individual or retail medical insurance have been given which will be stringent as compared to the earlones one.  The most reliable product in medical insurance is the group Mediclaim policy, but the claim was rejected due to covid and domiciliary treatment has given a major setback to t
