 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. If we see or analyze the whole saga then we can make the inference that the law is understood by the whole farming community. The distress which was and is there in the farmers is all known, the model of farming and the income due to this is minuscule. As we know that there is no plan for marketing and sale of produce by farmers, there is no alternate for this, as the farmers are dependent and rigid to changes as per the new conditions. The steps were taken by all the governments in their time are still a work in progress. The overall issue in the present is just for the old system to be kept as it is. The wasted interest, which is there is not allowing the system to change. What is going to happen is still not clear.
