 A new variant of the corona has arrived and as usual, the fine details are yet to know.

A lot of things are happening around us so the curb on moments due to this new variant.  Still, full-fledged restriction on all activity is not imposed ill date.

Till date, there are a lot of business activities and reforms are going on. As discussed above the new version of the corona is still not known but the silver line is that about 60% of adults are fully vaccinated.

There are fewer chances of full lockdown.

Though the farm laws had been repealed the warehouse receipt limit for individual farmers and traders have been increased from 50 L to 70L The number of warehouses which are attached with Warehouse Development and Regulatory Authority, which are 1500 right now to increase it to 50000nos

The limit increased for farmers and others will be under negotiable warehouse receipt. If it is utilized by farmers, their income will increase as they will get funding from banks for their goods kept in warehouses.

It will also increase investment in the warehouse sector.

The disinvestment of Air India is underway so the listing of LIC is on track.

Recently SEBI has changed the rule for UNICORN listing with locking period for Anchor Investor, along with norm for the acquisition of unidentified entity.

This will keep a tab on the proceeding of fundraised from the market as the rating agency will check the fund utilization.

If we check the inquiry from the market for different sectors, the demand for credit is increasing.

There is a demand for housing units by end-user and it is expected to be high in the coming months. The net sales figure for the whole country is very high as compared to the pick time of 2010 to 2015 when investors dominated the market.

The market is moving in a positive direction there will be short disturbance but it will not hamper the momentum.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child.
