 Farms Law will be repealed in the coming parliament session. The purpose of law and the intent for its enactment, its implementation which is under suspension by the Supreme court.

We discussed the above law in our previous samwad, so we are not going o discuss it here.

If we see or analyze the whole saga then we can make the inference that the law is understood by the whole farming community.

The distress which was and is there in the farmers is all known, the model of farming and the income due to this is minuscule.

As we know that there is no plan for marketing and sale of produce by farmers, there is no alternate for this, as the farmers are dependent and rigid to changes as per the new conditions.

The steps were taken by all the governments in their time are still a work in progress.

The overall issue in the present is just for the old system to be kept as it is. The wasted interest, which is there is not allowing the system to change.

What is going to happen is still not clear. 

The confusion increased due to inaction and unwanted action of the Supreme court.

What next??

Solution for this ??

The confusion and blockage by a few people will indeed harm the farmers, but the use of law so its necessity will lead to again enactment of laws.

Till now, we have discussed the matter in silos.

The whole issue is not a piecemeal approach but all steps taken were related to each other and in step by step.

"Nim coated urea" was introduced which gave relief to farmers which was the first step that created the business class to rethink for taking agency of fertilizers.

E NAM was the second step for farmers o increase their income. Jandhan accounts which were opened a vital role in realizing the price for them, as one has to pay the price of the product in advance along with the national market for them

FPO and E NAM gave them a chance to market and realize the actual price of produce. Other steps are also there which gave the farmers to understand the market and increase their earnings.

Though the laws will be repealed the benefits the farmers got due to the law will not fade in the short run and so the usefulness of it.

When we are saying the court has put a stay on it for its implementation but was not able to stop to all to understand the benefit.

It is now two corp for which Punjab and Haryana, for others it was beginning to get full payment and MSP in two days after the sale of produce.

Let us wait and watch, things are turning in the positive direction

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child.
