 Stay focussed result will come, we often listen to these words from our beloved ones, it is true and true in future as well. The last few years were more or less disturbing for each and every one.

Consistency was the need of the hour and getting moves right was an essential ingredient. We did our work on this front very late when we had no choice but to surrender the condition at that time.

But, opportunity and reluctance to change were evident initially from each and everyone, due to our inability to change and move ahead.

We somehow moved ahead but the work which was cosmetic in nature initially gave us some hope for the time to come. The reluctance killed our precious time but it also gave us time to change and see the best of the best in the world. Compared with China and other countries Asian tigers were done with us and how we are lagging behind them was highlighted.

Consistently, criticism was good and slowly we started moving with many financial crises that happened during that time. Now, if we see the present time, only the economy is expanding, and hope for a better time.

Crises gave us the opportunity to change track as per needs and do the course correction as per the requirements of our country. Getting everything copy pasted is not workable anywhere in the country.

Lots of redundant laws, which have not been applied for a long time repealed.

Our experience and requirement for the future time are getting mixed for better results. The thinking process from the top is changed which is making our planning and work easy.

Better late than never, we are a late starter with a slow pace is very true, moving was required which we did and still doing right now.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child. But the malnutrition and other health issues are still a major cause of concern. Recently we were part of one discussion, namely the financial literacy amongst the female in our country.
