 Is important to have comprehensive study of schemes from state and central government, which implemented by its agencies. Some times we need strong dose of reforms to overcome present difficulty. The data obtained after and while implementation of these schemes gives vital information.

The data shows the result while showing this it also gives information for requirement of the scheme to be amended to suit the local requirement. Getting these data is huge task and interpretation is crucial. Findings should be given in simple language not in technical one.
