 Our PM often used a word EASE OF LIVING, along with EASE OF DOING BUSINESS. Last ten year we are seeing the marked difference, in both we are feeling the difference. We used to get work done either by paying graft or by giving long time. Slowly it is in the interest of government that small services should be done by self service mode instead of citizen coming to office which hampers other important work. It is also true that government should not be part of business except in strategic sectors. The cost of compliance is still high as we have not stabilized the system, here not only government but all businesses have large degree of suspicion on each other.  Is important to have comprehensive study of schemes from state and central government, which implemented by its agencies. Some times we need strong dose of reforms to overcome present difficulty. The data obtained after and while implementation of these schemes gives vital information. The data shows the result while showing this it also gives information for requirement of the scheme to be amended to suit the local requirement. Getting these data is huge task and interpretation is crucial. Findings should be given in simple language not in technical one. We are discussing it as it is being done by big institutions of our country either by own interest or being hired by some external agency for its own use.
