 It is historic truth that we were invaded by Mugals, Afgans,Turkey & Others time to time  as they have only place at that time to get things readily with lots of wealth which is true for present day.

The real reason for the same was our ability to generate wealth in shortest time possible with readily available skilled talent.

Here, we are categorially saying that  it  is our ability today itself as well as in past to recover fast to move ahead.

But in British era they imposed education system which is just good for getting a piece of paper which is known as degree which is of no use. It is true that our graduate do not skill set which is required in either government or private sector, they have to get training in for these while in job's initial years, where as it should be given while our youth is in college.

Last week, Vishwa Karma scheme where traditional skill sets of citizens are recognized with facility to get practical training for their parental skill or anybody wanted to pursue his or her career in this field.

The scheme is going to give due credit and recognition for these people with formal way of funding and also the marketing support for their products. We have our own open market place  namely ONDC which is free and online platform so the huge market for them with chance to show their skills to whole country.

Basically we are going back to traditional skill  to reduce our dependence of imported product with creating jobs for local artisan and wealth for all.

 In the market there are many term insurance plans, increasing sum assured, reducing sum assured, sum assured with an annuity, increasing annuity, etc. When the insurance market was opened up for private players. The actual cost of pure insurance products was kept low. At that market was not mature as on today. Nowadays we are going through a lot of news negative & positive in the market on various aspects with different views. But surely for any individual, it is not that much easier.
