 The proposal for investment is coming to our country. From Hyundai & Cisco to Apple, the list is long with marquee names are in it.

The growth of manufacturing in our country is increasing. The semiconductor and fab sector PLI is just round the corner. Once it gets notified the self dependence will be just matter of time in many sectors not only in electronics.

Recently, Apple made clear that they increase the production with complete development of ecosystem and it is for both domestic and export market.

As system is now friendly as compared to past with increased transparency and simple to comply is increasing the confidence of investor either global or local.

The digitalization of system or faceless system is boon for all of us due to which daily life is becoming easier and less cumbersome.

We know that the system is just facilitator but in our country it used to be MAI BAAP, everywhere we had to face obstacles for small things, which is changing with attitude and mind set.

The tax payers money is being spent on capital asset creation which is visible (still not exactly known, as complete transparency yet to be achieved )

Once we complete judicial reforms which include appointment of judges a lot of time and resources will be saved as our system is denying justice to us with consistent delay.

The procedure and delay tactics used by all is adding injustice.

The international arbitrations is costly and once we overhaul the system lots of saving will accrued. Legal contract enforcement in our country is totally nightmare as  timeline is not adhered.

The strong and hard or bitter decision are required to complete change in system but same is not happening as our judiciary is not listening.


The mindset is still to avoid work than to find solution to get tangible result and asset formation.

System needs to listen to achieve greater results.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child. But the malnutrition and other health issues are still a major cause of concern. Recently we were part of one discussion, namely the financial literacy amongst the female in our country. Generally, it is seen that women are not part of decisions or rather discussions of financial matters.
