 Nowadays supreme court is news for one or another reason. The news is not due to any good or best decision given in the current time, but instead of unwanted activism from their side. The NGT had given marching orders for stopping vehicles and construction work on an immediate basis.

The news bite given by our Chief justice nowadays on a variety of issues is also not appropriate. First on the law aptitude exam and the other on the collegium system. 

The opaque judicial system with unlimited power gives them unprecedented clout over the system, which is harmful to society. The decision they are giving is not delivered to ordinary netizens. The main crisis is they do not want to change themselves with no questions to be asked them, just obey the order without any complaint.

Ordinary citizens do not have any resources or access to the top judiciary of our country. The language is not understood by the citizens as it is in not in the local language and is tedious.

The time to get the case listed is not easy, moreover, the system change is not possible as courts do not want to change themselves.

If we go through the decision delivered by SC or high courts it only increases problems without any responsibility had been fixed nor the courts review its decision and accept its faults and fixes its own responsibility for same so that in future same mistake to be avoided

One decision, for example, all of sudden SC had given that in NCR, crackers were banned on the eve of the festival. The same decision continued to date without giving the details of the study on the same. The pollution level increased during this time due to the change of season, with other reasons continuing to happen at all times.

The decision was taken when all small entrepreneurs invested in a festival and paid all statutory fees for selling crackers.The decision with immidiate effect gave no time to small enterpruners to present their side and get compensated for adhock decision The loss due to this was so huge that many became bankrupt and no one was their to help them,plus they themself do not know how to get the remedy for same.

The same is true for NGT decision without giving any credible soluton stop all construction work with bann on Bharat stage 4 vehicles.

The losses due to this is very damaging as it gives undue power to authority to exploit the citizen which increases their costing.

If we take shanhin bagh  as well as farmers agitation  which caused enormous loss to all  due to deniel of basic rights. Also cost of travelling with increaesed time to travel losses are uncounted by court.

The tax payers are paying doubly for this.

Reforms are needed so that losses due to this should be avoided.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child.
