 Just as we celebrated our first Republic day of Amrit Kaal, the participation of common citizens is increasing with the proactive approach of the government. 

The Recent decision  to increase PLI for electronics manufacturing was the highlight of the government,

much-needed ecosystem for complete manufacturing Apple computer has developed the ecosystem for its global supply, in the current year Apple has shipped around 7% of its global demand from our country.

The next year's plan is to ship around 10% and then something 25% of its global supply. We are doing just assembly for most of the mobile phone manufacturers, as we do not have the component manufacturing capability and fab manufacturing capability. Solely we are dependent on Korea and China for it..

The next phase of electronics manufacturing needs component and fab capability, which is allowed with an Indian joint venture partner.

The decision is very welcome as it will not only resolve the problem which we currently facing but also the problem of the future. In the near future, we will get all policy details for fab manufacturing, the discussion is underway and the interest same had been called by the government. The PLI for the same is going to be around $10B.

The long-term gains from this are very high with total self-dependence and export potential.

The total job creation from this initiative is very high.

This type of initiative in another sector is also required to develop a complete ecosystem that will resolve the employment problem. The potential for wealth creation is very high with feasibility.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child. But the malnutrition and other health issues are still a major cause of concern. Recently we were part of one discussion, namely the financial literacy amongst the female in our country.
