 Present week, we celebrated Diwali. & our festival series will end by 31st. Then after we will celebrate and enjoy the remaining festival till Chaitra Navratra which will end festivals.

 We usually have the tendency to celebrate our festival with our near and dear. 

Our market dynamics are such that it adjusts themselves with time, we witnessed this many times from time to time. The world works as per our festivals so that the maximum market share. We know that our country is a land of festivals from east to west & north to south.

On average we have at least one festival each month. The pick of the festival is Diwali but Chaturmas is the start of the festival season. It ends with Chaitra Navratra.

Now, China plus One policy is showing results with increased investment from domestic as well as foreign companies. The PLI schemes with other reforms are adding fuel for growth in the market with investment in the ground and the start of work.

After, the end of the festival season, the marriage season will begin which will last after summer.

In an earlier blog, we said that this financial year will be complete. The different cycles which work in a financial year will give its result. It is just the start of our economic growth as all participants have aligned with the new normal after the pandemic.

The different cycles work in tandem with each other. The net result of all these is the expansion of the market.

The demand side this year is robust viz a viz 2019, the complete open market that year.

The demand from both urban and rural markets is high irrespective of high inflation, as corporates are not passing high input costs. The corporates work as per the Hindu calendar for the best sales on the retail side and earn maximum profit.

Our festivals give not only temporary jobs but also give chance to many to upgrade to permanent jobs. In this temporary or part-time or rotary business person to earn in short possible time with maximum footfall and profit in the shortest possible time.

The planning and execution for this are such that maximum sales are done with minimum stock holding which remains after sales.

We do not have to make days for different occasions to celebrate and make market works. Our ancient culture already has all things which not only spur economic activity but also bring society together in meaningful ways and grow.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child. But the malnutrition and other health issues are still a major cause of concern. Recently we were part of one discussion, namely the financial literacy amongst the female in our country.
