 The new year 2022 began with a series of fundraising so the new curbs due to new variant of the corona.

The corporates and general citizens are getting confused with new curbs as there is no plan to mitigate the hardship faced earlier lockdown and curbs. We have experienced a series of confusion when unlock down started, there was more confusion than clarity until the center stepped in that time, as each government in the respective state was going as per their whim and fancy.

First, each and every establishment has o close by 5pm first hen one has to close to 6 pm and so on, night curfew then weekend curfew.

It is only adding confusion to the public in general.

What is needed of the hour is o define a protocol to deal with such incidents as there is no uniformity in country which is creating and increasing the problems.

Once this protocol is developed, the system and citizens will follow the same to avoid unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

As our economy will grow a new set of rules as per new time will be needed to avoid the disruption of life and the economy.

As we see the present condition not only state government but the media is playing with citizens and creating tantrums in general.

Last year we have seen one reform in which the government allowed women to write the name of the father in the Aadhar card instead of the name of their respective spouse.

This was necessary due to changing social system namely marriage institutions and others. The social fabric is changing with time so the traditions.

This was a necessary step and it was taken for the best of our future, recently the government allowed cast certificates to the child of a single mother.

Both are needed as changing the social fabric of our country, there are lot of schemes run by the government for the welfare of society.

As the women will get their own identity along with there identity of their child plus the benefits which are provided by the respective government.

The main issue is identity, which was denied to them which was harming their life and other problems were or are still arising for them, they will their life with dignity and will use the opportunity arising for them to flourish.

A best beginning for them which they too deserved.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child. But the malnutrition and other health issues are still a major cause of concern. Recently we were part of one discussion, namely the financial literacy amongst the female in our country.
