From this week, we are changing the way we expressed our views on different topics in our blog.

Now under the New Normal Series week starting the Samvad /Dialog with you on issues that are happening around us, which have some or major impact on us.

Starting with a covid-19 pandemic, our overall experience is totally different than the rest of the world, in both waves, our lacunae in the system got exposed with an opportunity to repair and we are started work on it.

It not only made us discipline our routing but also the enhanced confidence, started to work as a team just a few days ago we have completed vaccination of single-dose to some 79 crore citizen, the major boost up is that all it is Indian manufactured doses.

The seriousness of citizens is notable for health consciousness. The confidence booster all of us.

The recent SERO survey conducted by Govt. shows the majority of children in the age bracket of 12-18 years Have developed antibodies the chances of the third wave in there but the collateral damage will be manageable. All in all, it is going to give benefit in coming time. 

The main impact will be behavioral. The psychology towards compliance is changing with all this. The only factor which is discouraging the early adoption in ARM twisting system as well as society.

Because all of us do not have this complete knowledge of compliance-but it is used by all to exploit the citizens.

There is another development that E-RUPI has been launched which will change behaviors of all.

The money in terms of vouchers will change behavior and nature and transaction going forward.

These all will change compliance which is a neglected area of us.


But it is changed to autopilot mode the fear of compliance will disease with increasing confidence. it is just a baby step all beginning the things will merge in due to the course of time.

 One small piece of news was printed on daily that the gender ratio of our country has changed from more male to more female per thousand. Means 1000:1020, i.e. for every one thousand males there is one thousand and twenty female. It is a very important development in independent India. The latest census which is underway showed the benefit of the campaign which was run by the government and the society together to save the girl child. But the malnutrition and other health issues are still a major cause of concern. Recently we were part of one discussion, namely the financial literacy amongst the female in our country.
