 Now the terror of the second phase of the covid-19 pandemic is on verge of an end. The dynamics of the market used to be there are things of the past. If we observe the aftermath effect of both waves, we have seen many changes in the market functioning right now. There are two types of  things that are happening,  1)  Large and mega corporates are making profits as usual 2) Small enterprises are struggling to make things happen or they are finding it difficult to stay afloat. आज में अपनी बहन की शादी की बात करने जा रहा हूं।  भाई के लिए अपनी बहन की शादी का समय बहुत ही उत्साहित भरा समय होता है वह अपनी बहन की शादी के लिए सारी योजनाएं बनाना शुरू करने लगता  है और वह अपनी बहन की शादी के लिए सारी तैयारी करने लगता हैं और अपनी बहन को क्या गिफ्ट देना है की बहन उसको हमेशा याद रखे।  लेकिन भाई  उस समय उदास भी रहता है क्योकि  उसकी बहन अपने घर से दूसरे घर जाने वाली है।  वह सोचता है कि अपनी बहन की शादी के गिफ्ट में उसकी बचपन से लेकर अब तक की सारी तस्वीरें उसे गिफ्ट  करें ताकि वह खुश रहे क्योकि  वह अपनी बहन की सारी इच्छाओं को पूरा करने के लिए पूरी कोशिश करता है जैसे कि उसकी बहन की इच्छा थी कि उसकी शादी में सारी रेजिमेंट करें।  भाई अपनी बहन की शादी के बारे में सोचता तो रहता है साथ ही में वह उन पलो  को भी याद करता है जो उन्होंने बचपन में एक साथ बहुत सारी शरारतें की थी लेकिन वह अपनी बहन की शादी के लिए बहुत खुश होता है और रात को बहुत सारी बधाइयां भी देता है कि तुम हमेशा खुश रहो और तुम औ...

 आज मैं निवेशकों के बारे में बताता हूं कि निवेश करना अच्छा है या बुरा। अब संपत्ति की दरें दिन-ब-दिन बहुत अधिक और उच्च होती जा रही  हैं और संपत्ति में निवेश करने वाले बहुत से लोग है जो अच्छा है  लेकिन आर्थिक रूप से फिट नहीं थे। आपात स्थिति में लोगों के पास पैसे के लिए कोई योजना नहीं होती क्योंकि आज के समय में  पैसे से कुछ भी हो सकता है, यानी आपातकालीन समय के लिए आपने फंड नहीं है तो बहुत से लोगों को  संपत्ति कम कीमत पर बचनी पड़ती  है।   इसी के साथ हुआ ये कि संपत्ति तो चली ही, साथ ही पैसे भी चले गए. फिर सभी निवेशक जागो, सभी फंड एक तरफ (एक उत्पाद) में नहीं डालो , बल्कि कुछ फंड दूसरे पक्ष में भी डालो  (जैसे स्वास्थ्य और जीवन बीमा) यदि आप भविष्य में भी  काम करना चाहते हैं तो भविष्य के अनुसार निवेश का निर्णय लेना है एक म्यूचुअल फंड जिसे आप कोई भी राशि डालते हैं और किसी भी समय निकाल सकते हो।  निवेशक अगर किसी में निवेश करना चाहते हैं तो उसके बारे में जानकारी लें, अगर नहीं जानते हैं तो जानने वाले से पूछें, लेकिन गलत जगह निवेश नहीं करना चाहिए। ...
